Job Description:

We are looking for an on-site mechanic to service and repair our fleet of e-bikes and e-mopeds. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and flexibility. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure efficient repairs and maintenance, minimizing vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electric bikes and mopeds, ensuring top-quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep vehicles operational.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical and mechanical issues (two weeks of training provided at the start).
• Conduct safety checks on essential components (battery, brakes, tires, motor, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts usage in our fleet management system.
• Swap and replace vehicles when on-site repair is not possible.
• Assist in managing spare parts inventory and stock counts.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support to clients when needed.
• Work efficiently to complete the day’s maintenance schedule, sometimes requiring a bit of overtime.
• Comfortable with driving in traffic when needed.

Job Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Applicants must already be in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.
• Visa sponsorship available if needed (for candidates already in the Netherlands).
• We are not hiring from abroad.
• Experience in vehicle repairs, ideally with bikes and mopeds.
• Basic electrical knowledge for diagnosing e-bike/e-moped issues (two weeks of training provided at the start).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable using fleet management software to log repairs and updates.
• Fluent in Dutch OR English (both preferred).
• Valid EU driver’s license (B) for moving vehicles when necessary.
• Flexible working hours (this role does not follow a strict 9-5 schedule, starting around 11 AM most days).
• Open to occasional overtime to finish the day’s maintenance schedule.
• No problem dealing with traffic when traveling between locations.

What We Offer:

• Salary range: €2,800 – €3,400 per month, dependent on experience and visa sponsorship requirements
• Visa sponsorship available if needed (for applicants already in the Netherlands).
• Two weeks of training at the start and ongoing training in e-bike and e-moped repair.
• A dynamic team environment with team-building activities.

• Schedule: Starting around 11 AM, with some overtime flexibility.
