No. To rent a bike, you don’t need to download our app. Just scan the QR code on the bike and follow the (start ride) instructions in your phone’s browser. Renting an e-bike has never been so simple!
A fully charged electric bicycle can travel 40-50 km. Before renting, press the button on the handlebars and check the battery charge level.
You can pause the rental at any public bike parking stand, after securely locking the bike cable around the bike stand and plugging it back into the bike. However, you must end the rental only at the hotel’s bike parking.
If something happens during your ride, don’t worry. Write to us in the chat on the page with the open bike rental, and we will assist you. If you are unable to contact us, return the bike to the hotel or lock it securely at a public bike stand, take a photo of the locked bike and contact us at the earliest opportunity.
