Once your company has activated MOBY Business, employees can connect their account and start company-funded riding through the MOBY Move app in just a few steps.
01Step 1
Sign up with your work email
Download the MOBY Move app and register using your work email address. Already a MOBY rider? Update the email in your Profile so it matches the address your company administrator has added.

02Step 2
Select your company billing profile
Once your company administrator has added you, open Menu → My Wallet → Payment method and select your company name as the billing method. If it doesn't appear, ask your administrator to confirm you've been added using the correct work email.

Find, unlock and ride
Your company ride allowance is now ready to use. Find a nearby MOBY bike on the app map, confirm your company profile is selected, then scan the bike and start your journey. Eligible ride costs are covered up to your monthly company allowance.

A quick heads-upFinish at a P stand
End every journey at an eligible public bike stand marked with a P on the app map, and confirm the end of the ride with a clear parking photo.
What isn't covered
Parking enforcement charges, fines, damages and usage above the company allowance are not covered by the employer.

Add a personal payment method for personal journeys or any riding beyond the company plan limit.
